Ukrainian relief charities have designed Project Fuerza by artist Facundo Kostelak. There are 9 new NFTs containing the Ukrainian flag colours. 25% of the collection proceeds will be put towards the Ukrainian medical help fund. What’s more is the project Fuerza will also match the amount donated through this collection.
Cyclist Mark Padun NFT Collection for a Ukrainian Charity
Mark Padun is one of the biggest cyclist name, taking part in some of the world’s biggest cycling events. While this NFT collection highlights Ukrainian struggles, it also highlights some of Mark Padun’s achievements. One of the references to his winning the seventh stage win at 2021 Criterium du Dauphine.
What’s to take note is that this is the first WorldTour victory of his career success. Other NFTs represent podium finishes in his career and with other highlights combined with data analysis from his races.
Mark Padun is from Ukraine from the region of Donetsk which has seen conflict for almost eight years. But then in February, Russia invaded Ukraine fully and now they are in a full on war.
The ultimate goal of Mark Padun’s NFT is to provide support for those actively fighting back against the bombing and shelling in Ukraine.
Continuous Support For Ukraine From Web3 Community
Since the invasion, NFT communities have been working non-stop to help the citizens in as many ways as possible.
In fact, an official crypto fund was set up because of so much money was coming from the Web3 ecosystem. Just last month, they were able to sell a CryptoPunk NFT which was donated to them for 90 ETH.
