Top digital collectibles marketplace OpenSea now supports BNB Chain, one of the largest blockchains in crypto. Users of OpenSea can now buy, list, and trade BNB NFTs thanks to BNB’s integration with the platform. Let’s check out OpenSea’s BNB NFT collection.
BNB NFTs On OpenSea – What’s It All About?
Over 1,300 applications (dApps) are compatible with BNB (previously Binance Coin) on various platforms, including DeFi (decentralised finance), the metaverse, web3 games, and NFTs. In terms of DAUs, it is also among the biggest blockchains out there. By the year’s end in 2022, BNB Chain plans to have its NFTs migrated over to OpenSea’s Seaport protocol. Consequently, this will open the door to additional revenue for creator payments. Additionally, the web3 will see a flood of BNB Chain builders into the OpenSea ecosystem.
“The integration will bring a large number of creators into the wider ecosystem, as well as empower the creators and NFT initiatives inside the BNB Chain ecosystem,” Gwendolyn Regina said. BNB chain is one of the largest in crypto, with highly active daily user counts, and OpenSea announced expansions on to even more blockchain ecosystems earlier this year. Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn, Solana, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Optimism are just some of the blockchains whose NFTs it now supports.
About BNB Chain
BNB Chain is a permissionless and decentralised blockchain ecosystem that is entirely community-driven. Binance launched it, however it has since split off and established its own decentralised network. The initials “BNB” stand for “Build N Build,” which is the meaning of the chain. As part of the transition to Web3, it empowers programmers to create decentralised apps (dApps). Since October 2022, BNB Chain has been the most popular smart-contract blockchain, with the most DAUs and the most transactions. More than 3 billion transactions from more than 163 million different addresses have been handled by the chain thus far. Since BNB is a public blockchain, anyone can create decentralised applications (dApps) and projects on it. Follow NFTeller for the latest NFT news.
